My home is of a contemporary design with several roofs meeting at various angles and includes skylights. The problem occurring was a sporadic unlocated winter leak location in the roof to adjoining wall areas along with the roofs not being properly ventilated which contributed to excessive snow and ice buildup on the roofs. The issues had been worked on by several large contractors without a finalized correction by them.

The issues to be addressed I knew were quite complex, therefore, I felt I needed an experienced knowledgeable person to convince me of a proper proposed fix. The other contractors did not seem to be able to diagnosis or understand the problem issues or just wanted to surface address the problem which even I knew would not work.

My first contact with you on the telephone made me aware that you seemed to understand the problem even without being on site. The follow-up visit by you was done on the roof with me resulting in a thorough discussion of the issues and proposed fixes. I was given a complete and clear proposal with an opportunity to re-discuss what I might not understand. After signing the proposal and prior to start of the work; an on site review of the work to be done was again conducted with you, your on site supervisor, and myself. Permits to do the work were pulled, placed on site, and inspections properly conducted at the end of the job without any prodding by myself which is not usually the procedures with most contractors.

The work was completed in a very punctual manner with no one being pulled off the job to do work for someone else while my job was in process. The supervisor and workers were courteous, punctual, and available to answer any questions I had regarding the work in progress. Your office staff was also available during normal working hours answering any other questions I might have while providing me with punctual contact with you.

My comments so far have been towards your organizational capabilities which I believe have been excellent. The work done has also been excellent along with the quality approach to both the work being done, the material being used, and the methods of construction which could only help but result in an excellent job being done.

I am pleased that I contracted with you to do this work for me and will consider using you for further work that may be needed on my home. I also feel comfortable in recommending you to others which I have already done especially those who seem to have had un-resolvable issues with other contractors.
