Our first project was In August, 2012 we contacted Paulson's to install three new Anderson windows we previously purchased. One 4ft. x 4ft. window we furnished plus one Pella 5ft. x 6ft. window furnished by Paulson's were installed, The other two 2ft x 4ft. windows we had couldn't be installed. New Pella windows were ordered and later installed in May, 2013.
We contacted Paulson's Construction when our home was burglarized in February 2013 while we were in Florida, Returning home we contacted Paulson's for an estimate to have an aluminum 8ft. x 5ft. window and frame replaced that was destroyed. Paulson's promptly came out, gave us a cost estimate, and promptly sent a crew to board up the large window against further intrusion. A special window order was required and later installed in May, 2013 along with the two windows from the first project..
The third project Paulson's did was to replace 3 old slider windows with new Pella casement windows, similar to the other Pella's they previously installed. These windows were installed in July 2013.
The Paulson's Team was very flexible with our schedule, very professional, from first contact, project review, work performed on agreed dates, daily cleanup of worksite, through final inspection from their construction supervisor. Final "walk through" was well received by us. The working crews were prompt, courteous, asked us questions concerning how we preferred windows to be trimmed inside, etc.
The three projects entailed replacing 8 windows, three large windows ranging from a 8ft. x 5ft casement window, a 4ft. x 4ft., to a 5ft. x 6ft. casement. The other six windows were a bit smaller in the 3 1/2ft. x 3 1/2 ft. range. Windows replaced were old single pane wooden "sliders" and all eight windows are now energy rated vinyl clad exterior wooden thermal pane windows by Pella and one Anderson casement we had from another project. Because of their integrity and workmanship, our daughter hired Paulson's Construction to completely remodel her bathroom in another city.
