This 1950’s kitchen was in desperate need of a remodel. We maximized the usable square footage by closing off a door to an adjoining room. This allowed for a larger galley style kitchen. By removing the soffits we were able to take the new cabinets up the ceilings, increasing the storage area. We used shaker style cabinets in a medium wood finish with a tumbled marble & glass tile backsplash. We eliminated the small dining are & added a breakfast bar using the solid surface Corian countertop. This kitchen remodel was a drastic change.
