Kitchen Remodel

This 1970’s kitchen was in need of a complete remodel. We gutted the kitchen & added diagonal hardwood floors in the kitchen & dining room. We expanded the kitchen area slightly to increase storage area & countertop space. By enlarging the island we were able to double the storage space, add a breakfast bar & put the microwave in a base cabinet. Believe it or not, these countertops are laminate. By using Formica’s 180FX high definition laminate tops we saved the client some cost but still achieved the marble look & feel. The shaker style cherry cabinets contrast well with the greenish marble look tops. The owners were going to paint the walls at a later date. All in all, this kitchen remodel is a wonderful transformation.
